Not that we knew much about it, but we met when we were babies at a baby group in Harrow, Greater London. Fast forward to today and we’re now business partners moving our way through the property industry, which all stems from our shared immense passion for property.

Jordan, our resident Project Manager, has over 10 years of experience in managing complex projects in the digital transformation and IT sector. Jordan’s expertise in planning and data analysis helps us identify the best investment opportunities and streamline our processes for maximum efficiency.

Alex, our resident Electrician, also has 10+ years of hands-on experience. Alex’s practical knowledge ensures all electrical needs are addressed, our investment properties are safe, compliant, and optimised for energy efficiency and cost savings.

Our company values are Quality, Creativity, Personability and Proficiency. Our track record is second to none, with our last projects uplifting an average of 44% in value from a refurbishment cost of on average 20% of the original property value.

📉 Base rate update: what does it mean for investors?

On 5th Feb 2025, the Bank of England reduced the base rate from 4.75% to 4.5% — a shift that’s still impacting the market today.⁠

Lenders are reacting. Fixed-rate mortgages (especially for owner-occupiers) are starting to dip into the high 3s and low 4s. For us as investors, especially through Ltd Co buy-to-let products, rates are still higher — but the downward trend is clear.⁠
