Finishing up our before and after pictures of Project Buccleuch, our latest investment 💸
Formerly an old, mould ridden bedroom. We have, with Spencer from @sheldonsconstructionltd, completely transformed it into a modern, stylish bedroom. A real eye catcher of a room on AirBNB, Booking.com etc. 👀
We installed new double glazed windows, ripped out the old carpets and installed new laminate flooring and skirting, installed modern shaker style wall panelling, and fully decorated the room. It’s now equipped it with the essentials for our guests and available on all major platforms. 🗓️

Final Buccleuch Room Reveal Reel 🫨
Revealing the upstairs flat bedroom in our latest investment, Project Buccleuch. Huge shoutout to @sheldonsconstructionltd on the wall panelling, flooring, and skirting, and the internal workforce (us 🙃) on the decorating. Sometimes you need to make budgets work and we did that with the decorating on this project by doing this in house. We think we did quite well if we do say so ourselves 🎨
