Where It All Started
The first project that kicked things off was a buy-to-let in Devon—a bit of a leap into the unknown for Jordan Carss, now a full-time property developer. Like many who begin with property investment for beginners, it started with curiosity and a willingness to get stuck in. It also turned out to be a test run for the partnership that would become JACK Estates.
Jordan teamed up with long-time friend (and qualified Electrician) Alex Kyselak. Alex’s hands-on knowledge helped navigate the technical challenges of that first refurb, and it quickly became clear they were onto something. That experience laid the groundwork for the JACK Estates property investment approach we use today: practical, people-focused, and performance-driven.
